世界银行东亚与太平洋地区副行长维多利亚·克瓦访华
2017年11月3日，北京：世界银行东亚与太平洋地区副行长维多利亚·克瓦于10月26日至11月2日访问中国，这是克瓦副行长2016年4月上任以来首次正式访问。
在北京，克瓦副行长出席了财政部国际经济中心举办的”国际经济治理改革：机遇与挑战”国际研讨会并讲话。她还拜会了有关政府部门和国务院发展研究中心负责人，讨论如何进一步加强中国与世界银行的合作。
克瓦副行长还访问了贵州省，考察了两个世界银行贷款项目，向项目管理人员和受益人了解世行如何帮助建立老年护理体系和农业产业化扶贫，并同贵州省政府副省长讨论了世界银行如何能够更好地帮助贵州省实现发展目标。
World Bank Vice President for East Asia and Pacific Visits China
World Bank Vice President for East Asia and Pacific, Victoria Kwakwa, visited China during October 26 - November 2. This was Ms. Kwakwa's first official visit to China since her appointment in April 2016.
In Beijing, Ms. Kwakwa addressed the Seminar on International Economic Governance Reform - Opportunities and Challenges organized by the International Economics and Finance Institute, and met with senior officials of key government ministries and the Development Research Center of the State Council to discuss how the partnership between China and the World Bank can be further strengthened.
Ms. Kwakwa also visited Guizhou Province in southwest China. She saw two projects and talked with the local project staff and beneficiaries to learn how the World Bank helps develop an aged care system and reduce poverty through agricultural industrialization. She also met with provincial government officials and discussed how the World Bank can best support Guizhou to achieve its development goals.
