Management Trainee Product Content

Product content creation: Develop comprehensive and compelling product content for newly listed ETPs including but not limited to logical and engaging product decks, recapitulative one-pagers, and interesting soft articles spread on social media.Market reports and insights generation: Write market news reports, market commentaries, in-depth analysis, investor educational pieces, etc. to enhance our product promotion and company branding for both internal and external stakeholders.Content maintenance: Regularly update marketing materials and revitalize the unique selling points of existing products to align with market trends and fulfil sales demands.Sales support: Provide content support for marketing campaign or sales activities through working with multiple teams such as sales, investment, and compliance.Ad Hoc tasks: Provide support for any additional tasks or projects as needed to contribute to the overall marketing objectives.    

Management Trainee 

 Fund Operations

Responsible for daily fund accounting in producing accurate and timely daily values of mutual funds

Validates NAV, performance fees, trailer fees, expenses and corporate actions of funds

Performs Trade Settlement, Cash projection and general fund administrations

Liaises with internal departments and external parties such as trustee, fund admin, custodian and auditor

Manages interim reporting and fund auditing requirements

Ad hoc jobs assigned by department head    

Management Trainee Human Resources

Assist in all-rounded human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, intern payroll, attendance records, employee relations, staff activities, and company events.

Participate in strategic projects e.g. recruitment system upgrades, AI implementation, workflow enhancement, etc.

Market data research and PPT generation

Provide support for daily general administration and reception duties if needed.

Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

Our internship program at CSOP Asset Management offers a comprehensive experience designed to equip you with valuable financial knowledge and immerse you in the real-world dynamics of the industry, positioning you one step ahead of your peers.

Throughout the program, interns are supported to sharpen their job skills and broaden their exposure, leading to better preparation and a deeper understanding of their interest and future career path in the Asset Management field.

During the internship period, you will have the opportunity to work within one of our departments to gain hands-on experience and strengthen your knowledge.

量化开发

1. 交易模型研发，交易系统的设计、开发、测试、优化等工作；

2. 负责开发与维护行情数据与交易等相关数据的ETL工作,以及数据仓库建设；

3. 面向公司量化研究团队的实际需求，设计、开发辅助研究及交易的工具；

4. 工作优异者，有机会参与交易策略相关模型的产品代码的实现，包括策略、执行、风控等模块；

5. 完成领导布置的其他各项任务。

一级市场实习

（生物医药/科技方向）    

1.围绕生命科学或科技行业，分析全球及国内行业趋势，搜索投资机会；

2.协助对潜在投资项目进行尽职调查、评估以及谈判，协助推进投资交割；

3. 跟踪被投项目运营，协助被投在项目相关战略支持。

二级市场实习生

（生物医药/科技方向）  

1.负责协助投研部完成二级市场行业、公司及其产业链的深入研究，并形成行业/公司研究报告；

2.参与投研部数据、资料等信息收集、数据分析、数据可视化的工作，并完善工作流程与信息数据分析工具；

3.关注宏观经济、政治形势、行业热点、新闻、动态，结合所研究公司调整研究判断。
