　　成功冲破2020年的重重障碍让我们更加坚信，卡特彼勒专注卓越运营、不断扩大产品线和服务的企业战略非常正确。

　　我们不断投入以扩大产品线。去年秋季在上海宝马展上发布最新GX系列挖掘机就是一个例证。这一系列产品在实现更低燃油消耗及维护成本的同时，满足了客户对设备耐用性、安全性和卓越服务的期待。

　　为进一步提升服务，我们和卡特代理商还共同推出了名为Cat（卡特）®价值宝的客户服务协议。它是我们进行服务升级并向客户提供独特价值的又一举措。

　　卡特彼勒基金会致力于帮助改善我们生活和工作的社区。基金会去年向中国妇女发展基金会捐赠了25万美元，并宣布将在未来五年内投入高达1000万美元，支持在中国建设更具活力和韧性的社区。

　　Caterpillar has been in China for more than 45 years， helping our customers and local communities succeed and thrive． It’s gratifying to know that Cat products， our dealers and employees have contributed to the country’s progress．

　　As we navigate the global pandemic， our Caterpillar team continues to ensure access to the products and services our customers around the world depend on to support society during these challenging times．

　　Every day， customers are using our machines， engines and parities and extract the fuels that are essential to energy providers．

　　I’m proud of what our global workforce has done to adapt， stay safe and serve a world in need throughout the pandemic．

　　Successfully navigating the many obstacles we faced in 2020 has only strengthened our resolve that we have the right enterprise strategy – focused on operational excellence， expanded offerings and services．

　　We’ve continued to invest in expanded product offerings． One is our new GX line of excavators that we launched at bauma China last fall.The GX Series provides the durability， safety and services that customers expect with lower fuel consumption and maintenance costs．

　　As we intensify our focus on growing services， Caterpillar and our Cat dealers introduced Customer Value Agreements – also called CVAs – at bauma China． CVAs are one way we are upgrading our services offerings and delivering a unique value to customers．

　　The Caterpillar Foundation helps improve the communities in which we live and work． It recently donated 250 thousand dollars to the China Women’s Development Foundation and it’s investing up to 10 million dollars over the next 5 years to help build more resilient communities in China．

　　For nearly a century， our Caterpillar team has overcome many challenges． We’re committed to working with our partners in China to support our customers’ enduring success as they build a better world in China， and beyond．
