中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯7月24日消息，惠誉评级公司在一份报告中表示，全球石油和天然气公司的总资本支出将在2021年增长3%，2022年的增速将达到9%，但将低于疫情前的水平。随着经济的重新开放，消费将会恢复，需求的增加已刺激石油价格上涨。该报告称，其他采掘业和金属生产商的资本支出将在2021年以更快的速度增长，总资本支出将比2019年增长约20%。不过，该机构补充称，自今年初以来，对多数行业的资本支出预测一直保持相对稳定。

Oil and Gas Companies' Capex Set to Rise
Oil and gas companies are set to grow aggregate capital expenditure by 3% in 2021 before accelerating to 9% growth in 2022, but fall short of pre-pandemic levels, Fitch Ratings says in a report. Spending will recover as economies reopen, and has already lifted the price of oil as demand has picked up. Other extractive industries and metal producers will see a much more rapid acceleration in 2021 that will take total capex to around 20% above the 2019 total, the report says. For most sectors, however, capex forecasts have remained relatively stable since the start of the year, it adds.
