Nucleic acid requirements
香港时间6月1日零时起，来港人士在海外地区或台湾登机，只须出示预定起飞时间前48小时内由化验所或医疗机构采样进行的PCR核酸检测阴性结果证明，而无须出示该化验所或医疗机构获ISO 15189认证，或获所在地方的政府相关主管当局承认或核准的证明文件。同时，曾在海外地区或台湾逗留的3岁以下小童将不必出示登机前48小时核酸检测证明。
With effect from 0000 hours Hong Kong time on 1 June, inbound passengers boarding flights overseas or in Taiwan will only be required to produce proof of a negative PCR nucleic acid test result taken by a laboratory or medical institution within 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, instead of showing proof that the laboratory or medical institution is accredited by ISO 15189 or recognised or approved by the relevant government authorities in the place where it is located. At the same time, children under 3 years of age who have stayed overseas or in Taiwan will not be required to produce proof of 48-hour pre-boarding nucleic acid testing.
特区政府将由香港时间6月1日零时起，撤销经香港转机或过境的旅客须出示登机前48小时核酸检测证明的要求。
With effect from Hong Kong time on 1 June, the SAR Government will withdraw the requirement for passengers transiting through Hong Kong to produce proof of nucleic acid testing 48 hours prior to boarding a flight.
熔断机制修改
Meltdown mechanism penalty modification
至于“熔断机制”方面，特区政府表示，由香港时间6月1日零时起，如某航班因有乘客未能符合登机条件来港而触及机制，香港机场管理局将就10天内首次出现有关情况的航线对该航空公司发出警告并罚款20000港元。
As for the "meltdown mechanism", the SAR Government said that with effect from 0000 hours Hong Kong time on June 1, if the mechanism is triggered when a flight fails to meet the boarding requirements, the Airport Authority of Hong Kong will issue a warning and impose a fine of HK$20,000 on the airline for the first time within 10 days.
如有关航线的航班在10天内再次触及有关指标，则相关航空公司从同一地点抵港的民航客机航线将被禁止着陆香港5天。如航空公司拒绝支付罚款，则航线第一次触及有关指标时将按现有安排禁止着陆香港5天。
If a flight of the route concerned hits the relevant indicator again within 10 days, the airline concerned will be banned from landing in Hong Kong for 5 days for civil passenger routes arriving from the same location. If the airline refuses to pay the fine, the route will be banned from landing in Hong Kong for 5 days under the existing arrangement when the relevant indicator is hit for the first time.

Entry requirements to the Mainland
根据香港经深圳湾口岸入境的最新要求，入境时必须持有粤港两地政府认可的具备资质的检测机构出具的生成时间为24小时内的核酸检测阴性结果纸质报告以及健康驿站房间网上预约系统生成的通关当日有效的预约确认单，入境后接受14天集中隔离医学观察和7天居家健康监测。
According to the latest requirements for entry into Hong Kong via Shenzhen Bay Port, a paper report of negative nucleic acid test results generated within 24 hours from a qualified testing institute recognised by the governments of Guangdong and Hong Kong and an appointment confirmation slip valid on the day of clearance generated by the online appointment system of the Health Post Room are required upon entry, followed by 14 days of intensive isolation medical observation and 7 days of home health monitoring.
经批准豁免入境隔离的重要公务商务人员、跨境货车司机等人员，仍按现行规定执行。以上政策将根据粤港疫情变化动态调整
Important official business personnel and cross-boundary truck drivers who have been granted exemption from entry quarantine will continue to be subject to the existing rules. 核酸要求
Nucleic acid requirements
为进一步做好疫情防控工作，加快粤港两地通关效率，自3月7日10时起，自香港入境旅客所持核酸检测报告需符合以下要求：
To further improve the prevention and control of the epidemic and to speed up the efficiency of customs clearance between Guangdong and Hong Kong, with effect from 10:00 on 7 March, nucleic acid test reports held by inbound travellers from Hong Kong are required to meet the following requirements.
一、核酸检测报告的出具部门必须是粤港认可的33家香港定点核酸检测机构；
The issuing authority of the nucleic acid test report must be one of the 33 designated nucleic acid testing organizations in Hong Kong accredited by Guangdong and Hong Kong.
二、核酸检测报告上必须注明采样方式，且采样方式必须是鼻咽拭子或鼻腔咽喉混合拭子；
the sampling method must be indicated on the nucleic acid test report and the sampling method must be a nasopharyngeal swab or a mixed nasopharyngeal swab.
三、核酸检测报告上必须注明采样时间，旅客通关时间为采样时间以后48小时之内。
The sampling time must be indicated on the nucleic acid test report, and the passenger clearance time is within 48 hours after the sampling time.
隔离要求：
Isolation requirements
根据深圳市的出行防疫政策，对香港来（返）深入境人员，实施14天集中隔离+7天居家健康监测。
In accordance with Shenzhen's travel epidemic prevention policy, a 14-day intensive quarantine + 7-day home health monitoring is implemented for incoming (returning) persons from Hong Kong.
1、深圳湾口岸旅客通关时间为每日10:00-18:00，如有调整将另行通告。
Passenger clearance hours at Shenzhen Bay Port are from 10:00 to 18:00 daily, subject to change.
2、深圳湾口岸现场将安排“持预约确认单”通关内容的宣传海报和现场广播，提醒通关旅客配合现场引导，前往指定场地出示预约确认单，按照预约安排前往健康驿站。预约确认单为系统生成的二维码，可使用手机等电子设备显示，也可自行打印纸质单现场出示。
Posters with the content of "Appointment Confirmation Slip" and on-site announcements will be arranged at the Shenzhen Bay Port to remind passengers to cooperate with the on-site guidance, go to the designated venue to present the Appointment Confirmation Slip and proceed to the Health Post according to the appointment arrangement. The appointment confirmation slip is a QR code generated by the system and can be displayed on mobile phones and other electronic devices, or you can print out a paper slip and present it on site.
3、通关现场不能出示当日有效的预约确认单的入境旅客，将安排返回香港。如确因特殊情况无法办理返港手续，将安排在现场依次候补当日剩余未预约以及已预约但未使用的房间名额。
Inbound travellers who cannot produce a valid reservation confirmation slip for the day at the clearance point will be arranged to return to Hong Kong. If there are genuine special circumstances that prevent them from returning to Hong Kong, arrangements will be made to wait for the remaining unreserved and reserved but unused room slots on the spot in turn.
非港籍人员入港要求
Entry Requirements for Non-Hong Kong Residents
1.须领取签证或进入许可以便来港从事雇佣工作、就读、开设或参与任何业务，或居住。否则，你有可能在抵港时被拒入境。
You must obtain a visa or entry permit to enter Hong Kong for the purpose of employment, study, establishment or participation in any business, or residence. Otherwise, you may be refused entry upon arrival in Hong Kong.
2.凡来港旅游人士，应备有充足旅费而无须受雇以维持在港逗留期间的生活，并须持有续程或回程的机票或船票,但过境前往中国内地或澳门特别行政区的人士则无须持有这些机票或船票。如你想逗留超过免签证可逗留期限，便必须在启程前领取签证或进入许可。
All tourists who come to Hong Kong should have sufficient travel expenses without being employed to maintain their living during their stay in Hong Kong, and must hold air tickets or ferry tickets for onward or return journeys, but those who transit to China or the Macau Special Administrative Region Persons are not required to hold these air tickets or ferry tickets. If you wish to stay beyond the visa-free period of stay, you must obtain a visa or entry permit before departure.
3.法例规定，旅游人士不得在港从事任何雇佣工作(无论受薪或非受薪)、开设或参与任何业务，或入学就读;此外，除非在极特殊情况，旅游人士于抵港后均不准改变其访客身份。
Under the law, travellers are not allowed to take up any employment (whether paid or unpaid), establish or engage in any business, or attend school in Hong Kong; furthermore, they are not allowed to change their visitor status upon arrival in Hong Kong except in very exceptional circumstances.
4.你可向就近的中国驻外国使领馆申请签证或进入许可（印度国民的旅游签证申请应直接递交香港特区入境事务处）。
You can apply for a visa or entry permit at the nearest Chinese embassy or consulate in a foreign country (applications for tourist visas for Indian nationals should be submitted directly to the Immigration Department of the HKSAR).
5.你亦可把签证或进入许可申请书直接递交或经由在港的保证人转交香港特区入境事务处。为缩短处理时间，申请表格及证明文件可第一时间传真至(852) 2824 1133。签署妥当的申请表格正本及所需照片应随即以空邮寄交入境处。入境处在收到申请表格正本，并审核妥当后才会发出获批准的签证/进入许可。
You may also submit your application for a visa or entry permit directly or through a guarantor in Hong Kong to the Immigration Department of the HKSAR. To shorten the processing time, the application form and supporting documents can be faxed to (852) 2824 1133 in the first instance, and the duly signed original application form and the required photographs should be sent to the Immigration Department by airmail immediately. The Immigration Department will not issue the approved visa/entry permit until the original application form has been received and vetted properly.
6.如果你是台湾的中国籍居民，则应经由认可的航空公司递交入境许可证申请书。
If you are a Chinese resident of Taiwan, you should submit an application for an entry permit through an approved airline.
7.另外，本处亦备有资料单张说明从中国内地来港人士的入境安排(ID894)及居住在海外及台湾的中国籍人士来港的入境安排(ID895)，
Information leaflets on entry arrangements for persons arriving from China (ID894) and for persons of Chinese nationality residing overseas and in Taiwan (ID895) are also available for reference.
8.需要办理旅游签证或进入许可或因其他目的而需要来港的人士，应在来港前办妥合适的签证或进入许可。
Those who require a tourist visa or entry permit or need to come to Hong Kong for other purposes should obtain the appropriate visa or entry permit before coming to Hong Kong.
