江苏省政府办公厅近日印发《关于加快推动国际航空货运发展的意见》。《意见》提出,到2027年江苏全省国际航空货邮吞吐量实现翻番,到2035年江苏全省国际航空货运业务规模、通达能力、通关效率和服务品质位居全国前列。

根据《意见》,江苏将提升南京禄口机场国际航空货运枢纽能级,打造全球性国际邮政快递枢纽。加快推进南京禄口机场三期工程、国际快件与跨境电商处理中心建设。南京禄口机场巩固和发展至北美、欧洲等枢纽机场的洲际货运航线,拓展至中东地区货运航线,积极开辟亚洲及“一带一路”重点产能合作国家和地区货运航线。同时,江苏还将提升无锡硕放机场、南通机场面向特定区域、重点产业的区域航空枢纽功能。加快实施无锡硕放机场改扩建工程,建成东部货运区工程、供油工程、国际邮件交换站,重点发展至欧洲、中北美洲的洲际货运航线,稳定运营亚洲货运航线。推动南通兴东机场国际货库改扩建工程,有效承接上海机场外溢货源,着力打造亚洲精品货运航线。
Jiangsu plans to enhance the capabilities of Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) as both an international air cargo hub and a global postal express hub. It will improve the services of Wuxi Shuofang International Airport (WUX) and Nantong Xingdong International Airport (NTG), focusing on their roles as regional hubs targeting specific regions and key industries.
至2027年,力争江苏全省国际航空货邮吞吐量实现翻番。届时,江苏省货物单证电子化率有望达到80%以上;口岸作业及通关时间压缩15%以上,力争95%的进口货物在12小时以内完成卸货、理货、放行等工作;初步构建稳定可靠、自主可控的全球72小时航空货运骨干航线网络。
By 2027, Jiangsu aims to double its international air cargo and mail throughput, with NKG expected to rank among the nation’s top ten airports. The goals also include achieving an electronic documentation rate for cargo of over 80%, reducing port operations and clearance times by more than 15%, and ensuring that 95% of imported goods are unloaded and cleared within 12 hours, in order to establish a reliable 72-hour global air cargo network. By 2035, it is anticipated that the volume, accessibility, efficiency, and service quality of the province's international air cargo sector will be among the best nationwide.
