《中国居民膳食指南》建议超过钠 30%NRV(营养素参考摄入值)的加工食品需要少购少吃。
过量的盐分还会破坏血液渗透压,导致体内钠离子增多,身体水分流失,使皮肤缺水,越来越粗糙,皱纹和斑点增加。
在烹制菜肴时不要过早加盐,等快出锅时再加盐,这样能够在保持同样咸度的情况下,减少食盐的用量。
