(formerly Langfang Development Zone Xinsaipu Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd.) was established in 1998 with a registered capital of 120 million yuan, covering an area of more than 83,000 square meters. It mainly produces and sells oil and gas special equipment, military equipment, environmental protection equipment and other special operation equipment, and is one of the professional manufacturers of logging and testing equipment in China. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company Xinjin Power Group Co., Ltd. 公司致力于新产品、新技术、新工艺开发及研究，公司拥有自主研发专利38项，其中发明专利2项（电驱动智能测井车及带压作业装备）。按用户的不同需求，研发出适用于防爆、防腐、防潮、防沙（尘）、耐低温、耐高温等不同环境下的不同产品，产品遍布海洋、陆地、沙漠、沼泽等区域。
