险企对产品调整有三种方式

业内人士介绍,“报行合一”是指保险公司应严格执行经备案的保险条款和保险费率。近些年,人身保险业同质化竞争严重,保险公司费用管理普遍粗放,导致实际费用超出了产品报备时的水平,出现“报行不一”的情况。(According to industry insiders, "integration of reporting and banking" refers to insurance companies strictly adhering to registered insurance terms and insurance rates. 当前,监管层正在人身险行业推行“报行合一”。此前,银保渠道已率先推行“报行合一”,不符合监管要求的部分经代渠道产品也于近期陆续调整。(Currently, regulatory authorities are promoting the integration of reporting and banking in the life insurance industry. 资深保险经纪人李勇表示,保险公司对产品调整一般有三种方式:一是产品利益不变,下调佣金,佣金大约会在原有基础上打七折;二是佣金基本不变,下调产品利益;三是折中的方式,产品利益下调一些,佣金下调少许。

据专业人士介绍,不同的产品首年佣金率下调幅度不同,整体来看,下调幅度在30%左右,部分产品佣金率下调幅度较大,达到50%。某保险经代机构经纪人也表示,新产品佣金率下调较多,整体在30%-50%。

个人代理渠道、经纪代理渠道实施“报行合一”,对渠道代理人和业务员来说并不是好事,不少人直言“收入直接减半”。

由于收入降低,为了控制成本,公司可能会裁员压降成本。一家大型保险公司从业人士表示,“渠道全面报行合一后,预计个险队伍会裁员30%-40%。”

佣金下调对经代机构造成不小影响

佣金下调,也将对以利差为主要利润来源的经代机构造成一定影响。

有业内的分析声音:过往经代渠道收取的佣金水平较高,行业内较多代理人选择在经代公司展业获取高收入,预计“报行合一”后经代公司代理人佣金下降幅度或在30-50%,降幅高过保司个险代理人,可能会导致经代代理人回流保司。

“这肯定会引致从业人员收入的下滑,公司销售端也会有所影响,但这属于行业性调整,没有办法”,经代渠道业内人士坦言道,但他同时也认可,从行业角度而言,“报行合一”一定是利好。

“以往不少从业人员是靠返点返佣拉客,其拿到50%的佣金后,给消费者返10-20个点。佣金调整以后,相当于削减掉了返点的空间。曾经开一单赚一月,甚至赚一年的模式不再可行,本身业务量小,专业能力较低的从业者将加速剥落。”

“目前公司还没有明显人员脱落的情况,渠道人员的变动通常滞后于市场反应,大家都还在按节奏积极展业”, 某保险经纪公司团队长称。

“想要维持收入,满足考核标准,一是冲单量,二是拼服务”,一位已从业多年的保险经纪人向蓝鲸财经表述,“这是更良性的竞争环境。”

“从调整后的产品情况来看,消费者的权益并没有受到较大影响。

而对于保险行业来说,目前险企资产端承压,利差损风险如影随形,因此必须严格压降费用等其他成本,防范费差损风险,才能实现短期发展与长期发展、眼前利益与长远利益的平衡。
