美国、英国和澳大利亚近日在一份联合声明中表示，正考虑在“奥库斯”（美英澳三边安全伙伴关系）框架下与日本进行合作。美国不断在亚太地区拼凑排他性“小圈子”，搞军事对抗、威胁地区安全。无论是“奥库斯”还是美日印澳四方安全对话（Quad），美国搞这些同盟或安全机制无异于构建“亚太版”北约。

The U.S., UK and Australia recently said they were considering working with Japan through their AUKUS security pact. For some time, the U.S. has been creating exclusive cliques in the Asia-Pacific, provoking military confrontation and threatening regional security. Whether through AUKUS or Quad, which includes the U.S., Japan, India and Australia, Washington aims to establish an Asia-Pacific NATO.
