咖啡的种类繁多，我们就从星巴克的菜单开始吧：
浓缩咖啡：Espresso
摩卡：Caffè Mocha
拿铁：Caffè Latte
卡布奇诺：Cappuccino
美式咖啡：Americano
玛奇朵：Espresso Macchiato
馥芮白/白咖啡：Flat White
康保蓝：Espresso Con Panna

咖啡的制作
一、浓缩咖啡 Espresso
浓缩咖啡是一种源于意大利的制作方法，利用高压，让沸水迅速通过充分研磨的咖啡粉，而得到的咖啡。是所有咖啡的base。
Espresso is a coffee-making method of Italian origin, in which a small amount of nearly boiling water is forced under pressure (expressed) through finely-ground coffee beans.
二、摩卡 Caffè Mocha
摩卡是拿铁的变种，以浓缩咖啡为base，用可可粉/巧克力糖浆、鲜奶油和热牛奶混合而成的。
Like a caffè latte, caffè mocha is based on espresso and hot milk but with added chocolate flavouring and sweetener, typically in the form of cocoa powder and sugar.
三、拿铁 Caffè Latte
拿铁咖啡就是在意大利浓缩咖啡中倒入接近沸腾的牛奶。
Caffe latte is a coffee drink made with espresso and steamed milk.
四、卡布奇诺 Cappuccino
卡布奇诺咖啡是三分之一浓缩咖啡，三分之一热牛奶和三分之一奶泡。
卡布奇诺分为干和湿两种：
干卡布奇诺指奶泡较多，牛奶较少。
湿卡布奇诺指奶泡较少，牛奶较多。

五、美式咖啡 Americano
美式咖啡是使用滴滤式咖啡壶、虹吸壶、法压壶之类的器具所制作出的黑咖啡，又或者是在意大利浓缩咖啡中加入大量的水制成。
Caffè Americano is a type of coffee drink prepared by diluting an espresso with hot water.
六、玛奇朵 Espresso Macchiato
玛奇朵，也名玛琪雅朵。是在浓缩咖啡上加上薄薄一层热奶泡以保持咖啡温度。
Caffè macchiato is an espresso coffee drink with a small amount of milk, usually foamed.
七、馥芮白/白咖啡 Flat White
馥芮白，也名白咖啡。是马来西亚土特产。馥芮白是在浓缩咖啡中加入微泡牛奶。和拿铁类似，但牛奶是微泡沫。
A flat white is a coffee drink consisting of espresso with microfoam.
八、康保蓝 Espresso Con Panna
Con是搅拌，Panna是生奶油。
康宝蓝即意式浓缩咖啡加上鲜奶油。
Espresso con panna, which means ''espresso with cream'' in Italian, is a single or double shot of espresso topped with whipped cream.
九、焦糖玛奇朵 Caramel Macchiato
焦糖玛奇朵，即加了焦糖的玛奇朵，是在香浓热牛奶上加入浓缩咖啡、香草，最后淋上纯正焦糖而制成的饮品。
Caramel Macchiato is a coffee which drizzle caramel sauce on top of Caffè macchiato.
